Workshops Payment Terms
1. Payment: Full payment must be completed online at the time of ticket
purchase.
A confirmation email will be issued upon successful payment.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy: All ticket purchases are strictly
non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute attendee may be nominated as per the substitution
policy.
3. Substitution Policy: Substitutions are allowed at no additional charge,
provided
the total fee has been paid and the request is made prior to the event. Substitutions will
not be
permitted during the event.
